Warranty


MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

All AKRacing chairs parts and frames come with a 2 year warranty (excluding the lumbar pillow). 

In order to determine if parts/frames are covered under warranty please contact sales@akracing.sg immediately. You will be required to provide proof of purchase and evidence such as photographs of the faulty part/frame, in some circumstances the item will need to be returned for inspection (if outlined by a sales representative) before we can deem the item to be covered under warranty. It will be left to the sale representatives discretion whether the faulty items are of acceptable quality to be covered under warranty and arrangements can be made for replacement parts to be sent out. Customers claiming warranty will be required to pay return postage costs.

Chairs are noted as not being of acceptable quality if they are arrive faulty, or become faulty through no fault of your own within 2 years of purchase date.
